So Just How Do Glyconutrients Work?

To the best of our knowledge thus far, they help form glycoproteins, which control immune system functions at the cellular level. When necessary, the immune system releases "natural killer cells" which fight off disease, infections, or viruses. The increase in these "natural killer cells" has been shown to range from 50% in healthy people, and up to 400% in people with a disease, depending on the body's need for proper defense.

Does the FDA regulate glyconutrients?

No. They are naturally occuring nutritional supplements. Not drugs.

Are there any side effects?

None so far. Data is still pouring in due to gluconutritional use by more and more poeple on a daily basis. To date no side effects have been reported.
